We are having a trip planning committee meeting on Monday May 19. We will be planning trips for the July-December time frame.
I am looking for 2 things:
- I'd like to have any suggestions for trips that you would like us to try to plan. Suggesting a trip does not mean that you will lead it. But if you are willing to lead it, let me know.
I would prefer as much information as you could include in the format below...but I'm glad to take just a suggestion of what you would lie to see like to see.
and
- I want to add some new folks to our planning committee. It has dwindled over time, and we need a few more folks to come participate in the planning. The meeting should last less than 1.5 hours and the first time you come, we want you for your brain....if you do not feel comfortable making a suggestion when it comes to your turn to suggest one, you can just "pass". At least you will know the process we use..and we do value any comments you might have.
