I was on a Coast Guard Auxiliary patrol recently. We were on the Wando River practicing Man Overboard drills by retrieving a type 4 boat cushion. We were just near Horlbeck Creek and we spotted a 6 ft to 7ft Shark feeding on baitfish approximately 50 ft from our boat. Horlbeck Creek is about a mile north of the 526 Wando River Hwy bridge.
