Sharon Beasley just let me know that no one has expressed any interest in her light weight trailer. if you are the least bit inclined to think about buying a kayak trailer, you needed to contact her ASAP. Info is on the club "for sale" forum. She is about to open it up for sale in the Columbia area.

This trailer provides relief for anyone who no longer wants to put their boat on the top of their car and used ones do not come out for sale very often.

Sharon Beasley, who lived on Edisto Island and paddled with the Low Country Paddlers this summer, is selling her light weight 2 kayak trailer. She moved back to Columbia and has donated her kayaks. BUT she still has this light weight trailer. She bought it in May for $3,000...so it is in perfect condition.

I am certain she is willing to negotiate on a purchase price.

If I had not bought my truck, I would have scooped it up. As long as you have a place to store the trailer, you can avoid EVER having to pick up your kayak above your head. This can extend your paddling years.

Notre: I believe Sharon is willing to bring it part way, if not all the way to Charleston. I'm hoping it gets bought and she comes to town and I'll get her on the water with some LCP paddlers once again.
