I am looking for a trip leader for a long Ashley River trip scheduled on Saturday, 13 April. FYI..the CCPRC is having an outdoor festival that weekend. So if you plan to attend the festival, you do not want to volunteer to lead this trip.
This is perfect weather to be out on the Ashely for a long trip.

Logistics: Low Tide at Drayton Hall is 11:15 am. Meet at Herbert H. Jessen Public Boat Landing at 8:00 am. Launch at 8:30 am. Paddle the Ashley River downstream, stopping at 5 or 8 miles to stretch, then landing for lunch just past Drayton Hall. Return to boat landing after lunch.
Approximate Total Trip Distance: 22 miles
NOTE: Anyone going on this paddle must have prior experience of paddling 15 miles or further in the boat they plan to use, or in a similar boat.
