Friday 10 May: Francis Marion Forest; meet at 9:30...
Author Last Post
Francis Marion Forest, Echaw Creek to McConnells Landing loop trip,  about 8 miles. This would be an L2.
Weather forecast for Friday is good and Santee River is in its normal range.  Meet at Berkeley County recycle station at intersection of  Hwy 45 (French Santee Rd) and Schulerville Rd. GPS address is: 2613 Schulerville Rd Jamestown by 9:30.
We'll take falling tide down to McConnels Landing, take  a break, and take incoming tide back. Should be back to landing before 1 PM.

If I do not hear from anyone, I will go straight to the landing and plan to launch by 10.

May is a great month to paddle and  this does not change my plans for a Tuesday paddle on Chessey Creek.
