We have a club paddle this weekend.  We'll meet at 8:45  at Steel Bridge Landing (993 Charleston Hwy, Yemassee), arrange boats for the shuttle, drive up to Sugar Hill Landing and drop off cars, and proceed to Yemassee to launch.

This is a 10.5 mile trip.it is an L@ due to the length.  We'll paddle for 2 miles and then get out and stretch at a boat landing. These is nowhere good to stop until we're almost finished; so I plan to eat lunch  while coasting in our boats and not stop again.

We need to watch the weather. Forecast now is for rain and possibly thunder to come in the afternoon.  I hope to be off the water by 1:30.

This is very sheltered and a great trip...if there is no rain.

Please let me know if you plan to come; if you can, please register on line for the trip.

New topic; it is not going to rain on Friday and I still plan to do the show and go on Penny Creek.  You can check out the show and go  thread for info on it. We're meeting at 8:30 at the new Shell gas station in Ravenel, on the right side, next to the stop light.
