Isle of Palms

Circumnavigate Goat Island About 6.5 miles.

Non-club members and member guests must contact the trip leader before the trip. Boat type, size, and paddling skills should be discussed with the trip leader..

Meet at: Isle of Palms Marina in time to pay for parking and launch by 10:00. Put Isle of Palms Marina in your mapping app. Rating: L2, about a mile of open water. Logistics: High tide at Hamlin Sound is about noon.

Trip leader: Ken McDowell

Note 1: Expect a lot of boat traffic on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Note 2: plan to eat lunch at Islander 71 restaurant after the trip is completed
Note 3: Plan for time to pay the launch fee and park. $5 per car for 4 hours, and $56 per trailer to park.. You need a phone and credit card to pay from your car
